Malema Accused of Property Theft| News by Staff ReporterSuspended Youth League leader Julius Malema stands accused of property theft Julius Malema, suspended leader of the ANC Youth League, has been accused of illegally transferring land into his own name, according to Limpopo police.Authorities in the Limpopo Province have accused suspended ANC Youth League leader Julius Malema of illegally transferring a prime piece of land in Polokwane into his own name in 2007. The City Press said Matane Mphahlele, a Polokwane businessman, had opened a criminal case against Malema, Clifford Motsepe, the head of Limpopo’s housing department, lawyer Maboku Mangena, and several senior municipal officers. City Press said Mphahlele was accusing Malema of illegally transferring the property into his own name in 2007 and selling it for over three times the price the following month.
