About Bizpremises

of bizpremises is to supply property information to companies and entrepreneurs
seeking premises from which to conduct their operations, and to provide
a fast and efficient service for clients requiring a business premises/property
delivery service. Wherever possible, rates quoted are gross rates per m², i.e. rates quoted include both rental and operating costs. Rates quoted exclude V.A.T. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the information supplied is accurate, data entry is in the hands of individual brokers so no warranty as to accuracy can be given by bizpremises. User enquiries do not obligate the user in any way to bizpremises. Bizpremises is an independent IT group working in conjunction with property brokers in order to supply property information to South African investors, entrepreneurs and other brokers seeking business properties for rent, lease or purchase. Bizpremises is a seperate legal entity from brokers utilising the bizpremises marketing and advertising domain. |
